Property  Verification and Research
Our staff members will conduct a detailed property verification to insure a clear and transferable title.

Estoppel’s and Communication with the Resort
It is important to verify that the property is clear of any outstanding fees that may impede or delay the transfer process. Estoppel notices will be sent to the resort to insure the property is clear of any encumbrances.

Document Preparation and Drafting of Deeds
We prepare the necessary deed and membership documents that are necessary in order to complete the transfer of title and/or transfer of membership with the resort.

Necessary Documents Provided to both Buyer and Seller
Our staff will insure that each party is provided with the appropriate documents needed in order to complete the transfer process. This can include deeds or membership transfer forms and copies of contracts for reference purposes.

Recording at Respective Courthouse
Our company will handle the recording of necessary legal documents, filing of state and county tax forms and payment of real estate property transfer tax if applicable. All filing and recording is completed within the state agencies affiliated with such capacities as determined by state or county.

Resort Transfer Process/Resort Transfer Fee
Our staff members are consistently monitoring and communicating with the various resorts and all applicable management companies to insure the complete and accurate closing.
